An exciting chance for an enthusiastic relationship manager to join our fundraising team to develop existing, successful income streams of Major Gifts and Trusts and Foundations, and explore new opportunities in Mid-Value giving.
We are looking for someone who has fundraising or sales/relationship management experience and proven success in a relevant role, with the ability to successfully deal with individuals and grant makers to secure high value gifts.

This role will have responsibility for identifying, securing and cultivating new major donor relationships for the Trussell Trust in addition to managing and developing a small caseload of existing supporters.

Working closely with the Executive Director and the Deputy Fundraising Director, Key Relationships, you will lead the team who identifies and engages existing and prospective donors in the work of Greenpeace, to deepen their interest and support. You will bring experience of negotiating and securing high level relationships for the organisations you’ve represented. Ideally, this will have been gained in a philanthropic fundraising environment, however we are open to exploring transferrable skills, developed in the commercial sector. You will be welcomed by a talented and committed team, and a senior leadership team who understand what it takes to achieve excellence.

Purpose of Role:
- To establish a High Value Giving programme, securing income from high-net-worth individuals and corporate partners.
- To focus on the identification and development of new income sources from high-net-worth individuals and corporate partners, building on SEA’s existing networks and contacts.
